EDITING

It all began with the a referral of music from a friend. It was the German composer, Hauschka’s song, “Eltern” from his album Ferndorf. After listening to this beautiful composition, my mind began to wonder what might come of this song if I were to put it to life. So, a group of friends (Chloe Hill, Nora Kovasckitz, Ben Sherman) and I got together to move around in time and space as we listened to the piece. After processing everything we had created together, I decided to take it and placed it around the city of Cincinnati. Thanks to the help of the cinematographer, I was able to direct, be in, and edit this movement piece, creating a symbolic piece about the constant movement of time.
